Be sure to call ahead to verify the hours listed as they are subject to change without prior notice. The printer friendly version of this page is a good place to keep notes on your appointment times, who you are meeting with, and any other important information on your selections.

When visiting our preferred suppliers, be sure to bring along your building specifications and house plans so the sales people are aware of your allowance figures. After your appointments, please be sure to forward to Bay Lakes Builders & Development all signed copies, including price of materials selected to ensure proper accounting.

Your participation in the selection process is vital, not only to the "personality" of your new home, but to the progress of your new home's construction. A selection in one area, no matter how insignificant it may seem in the grand scheme of things, can actually impact the construction of the home in many other different areas.

That's why we like to give our customers the following guidelines for making selections. By helping you keep on task with your part of the process, we will be able to complete the project and have you moved in & enjoying your new home (and the selections you made) much sooner. While to some it may seem daunting to make so many cosmetic selections, the feedback we typically get from our customers is that it's the most fun part of the building process.
